Hi, I just wanted to write to tel you how brilliant i think your activities are. What a lucky family you have to have so much effort and dedication all around. I have a 14m old daughter, and am looking forward to sharing some of these activities with her and our mom/baby friends.
ReplyDeleteI am SO glad there is another mom out there like me! I have been rocking these types of playdates for years and watching the kids explore and make messes freely gives this mama a really happy heart! Great blog! :)
DeleteHi I am a new playschool teacher and am finding your recipes really useful. Thank you for sharing them and for providing such a vivid journey through play.
ReplyDeleteAny ideas where to get the cheapest paper that acts like watercolor paper for 30 plus kids to explore watercolors without breaking a teacher's budget?
ReplyDeleteI think Discount School Supply would be the best price. http://www.discountschoolsupply.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?category=0&keyword=watercolor+paper&scategoryid=0
DeleteI just came across you site and I love it. But I am wondering about the Train Up a Child. It immediately made me think of this book and gave me a negative association.

I sincerely hope you aren't following these sick people's "principals.
I definitely do not agree with their beliefs. The name of my blog used to be Train Up a Child based on the verse Proverbs 22:6. I believe the verse is about teaching our children the Word of God, and it's not about beating our children. Unfortunately there are people who have perverted that phrase to mean something else now. It makes me sad, because I definitely do not want to be associated with that. When I learned of their book and methods I changed the name of my blog. Unfortunately there are still some old water marks on photos from my earlier posts, but I have done my best to get as far away from that name as possible.
